A piece of the title pg has been torn off on both vols. Probably bearing a previous owner’s name. The tissue guard of the frontis aquatint is half out and has some ink spatter. 12 lovely hand coloured aquatints with tissue guards. Contact seller for photographs.

Foxing to prelims and minor foxing throughout. Small 2cm tear to pg. 3. Colour frontis by Arthur Rackham in perfect condition, with tissue guard. The book appears to have been recased and has new feps.
