Pencilled recipe on front endpaper. Clean neat copy of this delightful recipe book specifically for South African saltwater and freshwater fish. Boards a little rubbed and spine browned.

Novel set on the Skeleton Coast (South West Africa/Namibia) during the Second World War. Past owner’s name stamped on title page. Past owner’s name and date in ink on front fep. Top fore edges of pages browned. Spine sunned.

No date. “Issued under the auspices of the Botanical Society of South Africa.” Stains on front and back covers, chips to top and bottom of spine, corners curled. Past owner’s signature in ink on title page.

In a somewhat worn and darkened dust wrapper with some loss to the spine. 325pp, +iii advertisments at the back. Bottom edge of the pages is untrimmed. Original red boards with black titles. Binding is tight and all pages clean and free from foxing.

Ex-library copy with neat stamp etc on verso of title page. Marks from plastic cover on front and back endpapers. Boards edge worn and sunned at edges. DW slightly faded at hinge of front panel. This is a large item that may incur extra postage.
