Some foxing to the endpapers and the top, bottom and fore edges. Inscribed First prize in blue ink and award label adhered to front flyleaf. Contains numerous black-and-white illustrations. Boards show slight wear. DW shows several small tears (some of which repaired with clear tape) and wear,especially along the edges with slight losses to the top and bottom of spine area.
Dust jacket is well worn , and seems to be of a later edition. (smaller edition).Previous owners inscription in pencil plus newsclipping tipped in. Sporadic foxing mostly to end papers. A follow on to the story of “She”.
