Leaves darkened. Foxing throughout. Protective tissue paper covering coloured frontispiece has been torn out roughly. Several leaves show tears to the bottom near tail, not affecting the text.
Previous owner’s name in pencil to the front fep. Leaves are age toned. Binding slightly shaken with front endpapers showing tears along the inside hinge, exposing the canvas slightly. Boards show significant wear, especially along the edges and to the spine. Top and bottom of spine shows slight fraying and a closed tear to the front hinge of boards.
